Balance of Nature secures the second spot on my list. This product is well known, but in our personal opinion it may have some notable shortcomings, especially given its much higher price.
This product does contains naturally derived ingredients in its proprietary blends, including fiber. HOWEVER it is much more expensive than our #1 Pick at $89.95 for JUST a 30-day supply... AND if for some reason you don't like it, they ONLY have a complicated 30-day return policy.
In this day and age keeping your supplement routine simple really matters for people who are trying to stay health. In our opinion taking more capsules from more bottles makes it more inconvenient.
Keep in mind that getting Two (2) bottles and taking Six (6) capsules DOES NOT necessarily mean more nutritional value to the consumer!!!
Unfortunately, Balance of Nature also contains soybeans which is known to be a dangerous allergen concern for some people. What were they thinking when adding soybeans to their formula?
Soybeans are low in nutrition value, can contain problematic substances like phytic acid, can cause allergies, and are already in many processed foods.
With fruits and veggies supplements, you have to trust that the company hasn’t bulked up the cheaper ingredients, such as the use of soybeans. This sometimes may be done regardless of whether their amounts of other key ingredients in the blend are sufficient.
In our personal opinion, Balance of Nature falls short of the mark in several respects, because of the soybean allergen concern, the higher number of required daily capsules, and the complicated & less appealing return policy.
Just remember, from an economic standpoint, Balance of Nature is also significantly more expensive than our #1 Pick at $89.95 for JUST a 30-day supply.
