Golo’s Release secures the second spot on my list. This product is well known, but in my opinion it has some rather notable deficiencies, as well as a higher price.
KaraMD’s Pure Burn XS, and Dr. Kara’s “Metabolic Makeover Program” book, support tools, online course, and recipe guide that come FREE with each Pure Burn supplement purchase, were created by a Medical Doctor as opposed to a certified nutritionist. When it comes to successful weight loss, my colleagues and I are much more comfortable with Doctor Formulated solutions.
Many supplements have proprietary blends in addition to other key individual ingredients in the formulary. In my option Release only has a proprietary blend of 7 ingredients, compared to Pure Burn’s very generous Doctor Formulated proprietary blend of 15+ popular ingredients such as Hoodia and Apple Cider Vinegar, both of which are common in high quality weight loss supplements.
Golo’s Release is also missing three (3) other notable ingredients in my opinion, which are Methionine, Choline, and Gymnema. It has been suggested that the combo of “MIC” (Methionine, Inositol, and Choline) can help with fat metabolization and regulating hormones like insulin. Release only has Inositol, however, Dr. Kara’s Pure Burn XS has all three notable “MIC” ingredients.
Lastly, Release does not include Gymnema. Based on my research, I am finding that studies have shown Gymnema can help reduce sugar cravings. Pure Burn XS has what I would consider to be a rather potent dose of Gymnema.
In my opinion, Golo’s Release falls critically short in several respects since it is not Doctor Formulated, it is missing several key ingredients I believe are effective and it must be taken with every meal.
From an economic standpoint, Golo’s Release is also more expensive.
